Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Preorder Items

Many of our products are offered as preorders. Preorder items are produced after the preorder period closes and may require additional processing time.

Estimated shipping timeframe for preorder items is 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Please note that estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or offered as a flat-rate fee.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other circumstances outside of our control

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
