Thank you for shopping with us. Each tote bag is produced in limited quantities, and many of our products are offered as preorders. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Preorders

All preorder sales are final. Because production begins based on customer demand, preorder orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once they have been placed.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size expectations
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • No longer wanting the product

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hardestontheyard@gmail.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
